At The Plant Studio, every plant is home-grown, handpicked and carefully packed with love before it makes its way to you. Because plants are living things, we want to set a few expectations so you know exactly what to expect when ordering with us:

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

• Plants are unique. Each plant is alive and may experience natural changes during transit (such as minor leaf loss or stress).

• We pack with care. While we make sure your order is wrapped safely, some factors during shipping are beyond our control.

• Shipping responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If this happens, please reach out to the courier directly for quicker assistance.
